Security at Plek
Plek applies technical and organisational safeguards to protect the information entrusted to our platform.
Data protection
Plek is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and production databases are not exposed directly to the public internet.
Access and isolation
Access to production systems is limited to authorised personnel. Customer organisations are separated through database-level tenant controls.
AI data use
Which AI providers process customer content, what is sent to them and on what terms is set out in section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
